Terms and conditions
Version September 2026
1. Definitions and applicability
1.1 In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Seller: NoLimit2003, located at Coenecoop 83B, 2741 PH Waddinxveen, Chamber of Commerce 24348421, VAT number NL001989096B44.
Buyer: any natural person or legal entity that enters into an agreement with the Seller.
Business Buyer: a Buyer acting in the exercise of a profession or business, including shops, practices, clubs, distributors, and dropshippers.
Consumer: a Buyer not acting in the exercise of a profession or business.
Products: all goods that are the subject of an agreement with the Seller.
1.2 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, and agreements of the Seller, whether via the webshop, by email, by phone, or on-site.
1.3 Terms and conditions of the Buyer do not apply unless the Seller has agreed to them in writing.
1.4 Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing. The remaining provisions will then remain in force.
1.5 The Seller may amend these terms and conditions. The version applicable to an agreement is the one that was in force at the time the agreement was concluded.
1.6 The Seller may engage third parties for the performance of an agreement, including carriers and fulfillment partners.
2. Offers and conclusion of the agreement
2.1 Offers and price quotations are non-binding unless otherwise stated in writing. Offers are valid while stocks last.
2.2 A personalized quotation is valid for fourteen (14) days, unless a different term is stated in the quotation.
2.3 An agreement is concluded at the moment the Seller confirms the order in writing or by email, or commences performance.
2.4 The Seller may refuse an order or impose additional conditions, for example, in case of doubt regarding creditworthiness or previous payment arrears. The Seller will notify the Buyer of this within ten (10) working days after receiving the order.
2.5 Product information, images, and specifications are displayed as accurately as possible. Minor deviations do not entitle the Buyer to compensation or dissolution.
2.6 Obvious errors in prices or product information are not binding on the Seller, even after confirmation.
3. Prices
3.1 All prices are in euros.
3.2 For Business Buyers, prices are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. For Consumers, prices include VAT.
3.3 Shipping costs are shown before placing the order or stated in the quotation. Separate rates apply for delivery outside the Netherlands.
3.4 The Seller may adjust prices in the event of changes in purchase prices, exchange rates, taxes, or transport costs. If the price increases after the agreement is concluded but before delivery, the Buyer may cancel the order free of charge within fourteen (14) days after the notification.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment is possible via iDEAL, credit card, prepayment by bank transfer, and, subject to approval by the Seller, by invoice. The Seller may add or restrict payment methods.
4.2 For payment by invoice, a payment term of fourteen (14) days from the invoice date applies, unless agreed otherwise in writing. The Seller may apply a credit limit.
4.3 Upon expiration of the payment term, the Business Buyer is in default without a notice of default being required. The statutory commercial interest will then be owed on the outstanding amount. All reasonable collection costs, both judicial and extrajudicial, will be borne by the Business Buyer, with a minimum of 15% of the outstanding amount.
4.4 For Consumers, the statutory interest and the statutory regulation regarding collection costs apply in the event of late payment.
4.5 In case of doubt regarding payment, the Seller may demand prepayment or security and suspend deliveries until it has been received.
4.6 The Business Buyer is not permitted to offset or suspend payments.
5. Delivery
5.1 Orders for products in stock placed and paid for or approved on a working day before 16:00 will in principle be shipped on the same working day. Stated delivery times are indicative and no rights can be derived from them.
5.2 If a product is temporarily unavailable, the Seller will notify the Buyer as soon as possible, providing an expected delivery date. In the event of a delay of more than thirty (30) days, the Buyer may cancel the relevant part of the order free of charge.
5.3 Delivery takes place at the address provided by the Buyer with the order. The risk of the products passes to the Buyer at the moment of delivery.
5.4 The Seller may deliver in parts and invoice each partial delivery separately.
5.5 For delivery outside the Netherlands, the Incoterms 2020 as stated in the quotation or order confirmation apply, unless agreed otherwise. Import duties, local taxes, and customs fees are at the expense of the Buyer.
6. Dropshipping
6.1 At the request of a Business Buyer, the Seller can deliver products directly to the Business Buyer's customer (dropshipping). In that case, the Business Buyer remains the Seller's contracting party and is responsible for payment.
6.2 The Business Buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their customer's address and contact details. Costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information will be borne by the Business Buyer.
6.3 The Business Buyer is responsible for fulfilling all obligations toward their own customer, including the right of withdrawal, warranty, and complaint handling. Returns and complaints from the Business Buyer's customer are handled via the Business Buyer, not directly via the Seller.
6.4 Upon request, shipments will be packed neutrally or labeled with the name of the Business Buyer, insofar as the Seller can practically perform this.
7. Inspection and complaints
7.1 The Buyer must inspect the products immediately upon receipt. Visible defects, damage, and deviations from the order must be reported by the Business Buyer to the Seller within seven (7) days of delivery, preferably with photos. After this period, the delivery is deemed approved.
7.2 Consumers must report defects within two (2) months of discovery.
7.3 A Business Buyer may only return products after written permission from the Seller. Returns without permission will not be credited; storage and return costs will then be borne by the Business Buyer.
8. Right of withdrawal for Consumers
8.1 A Consumer may withdraw from an order within fourteen (14) days of receipt without giving any reason. The Consumer must notify the Seller of this within that period and return the products within fourteen (14) days after that notification.
8.2 The Consumer may unpack and inspect the products as they would be allowed to in a store. The Seller may charge for depreciation resulting from use beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
8.3 The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection once the seal is broken, nor for products custom-made or made to the Consumer's specifications.
8.4 The costs of the return shipment are borne by the Consumer. The Seller will refund the purchase price, including original shipping costs, within fourteen (14) days after receiving notice of withdrawal, but may withhold the refund until the products are received or the Consumer has provided proof of shipment.
8.5 The right of withdrawal does not apply to Business Buyers.
9. Retention of title
9.1 Delivered products remain the property of the Seller until the Buyer has paid everything due under any agreement with the Seller, including interest and costs.
9.2 As long as ownership has not passed, the Business Buyer may resell the products in the normal course of business, but may not pledge them or otherwise encumber them. In the event of default, the Seller may reclaim the products; the Buyer grants access for this purpose.
10. Warranty and liability
10.1 The products are covered by the warranty set by the manufacturer. Consumers also have statutory rights in the event of non-conformity.
10.2 No warranty applies in cases of normal wear and tear, improper or injudicious use, alterations or repairs by parties other than the Seller or the manufacturer, lack of maintenance, or if the original invoice is missing.
10.3 The Seller is not liable to Business Buyers for indirect damage, consequential loss, business interruption, loss of profit or revenue, unless there is intent or willful recklessness on the part of the Seller.
10.4 If the Seller is held liable, that liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant delivery.
10.5 The Business Buyer indemnifies the Seller against claims by third parties, including their own customers, related to the resale of the products, to the extent permitted by law.
10.6 The Seller is not responsible for the content of websites that are linked to.
11. Intellectual property and brand usage
11.1 All rights to texts, photos, logos, brand names, and other material on the website and in the Seller's catalogs belong to the Seller, the manufacturers, or other rights holders.
11.2 As long as a Business Buyer purchases products from the Seller, they may use the Seller's product photos and brand material for the sale of those products in their own shop or webshop, without editing the material. This right of use ends as soon as the business relationship ends. The Seller may declare additional brand guidelines of manufacturers to be applicable.
11.3 Any other use, including reproduction or use on sales platforms without permission, is not permitted.
12. Personal data
12.1 The Seller processes personal data in accordance with its privacy statement and applicable legislation, including the GDPR.
12.2 In the case of dropshipping, the Seller processes the data of the Business Buyer's customer exclusively for the purpose of executing the shipment, on behalf of the Business Buyer.
13. Governing law and disputes
13.1 Dutch law applies to all offers and agreements. The Vienna Sales Convention (CISG) is excluded.
13.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court of the District Court of The Hague, unless the law mandatorily designates another court. A Consumer may, within one month after the Seller invokes this provision, choose the court competent under the law.
13.3 Consumers may also submit a dispute via the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
