1. Ensure the skin is clean, dry, and free of oils 2. Remove the blue layer and apply the pad directly to the target area 3. If necessary, secure the pad with tape to ensure it stays in the correct position 4. Replace the pad regularly for the most effective treatment 5. The blue pad does not adhere to the skin; should it stick, it will release upon wetting the pad 6. Prevent dehydration and store the pads in a sealed container out of direct sunlight
