- To determine the correct size of the elbow brace, you should measure the forearm. You do this at the thickest part of the forearm, approximately 5 centimeters below the elbow. Keep the arm in a relaxed, slightly bent position. Make sure the measuring tape fits snugly and, in case of doubt, choose the smaller size. - Please note: the elbow bandage can be worn on both arms!
