Reh4Sport Thumb Brace with splint
A thumb injury is one of the most common hand injuries. This usually happens when a strong force bends the thumb backward, away from the palm of the hand. In most cases, there is damage to the ulnar collateral ligament (UCL), which is located on the inside of the MCP joint. These thumb injuries are also known as a skier's thumb or gamekeeper's thumb. The injury can occur in 3 grades: mild, moderate, and severe. For all three cases, the Reh4Sport Thumb Brace is an excellent choice for treating the injury.
The Reh4Sport Thumb Brace features an aluminum and easily moldable splint that completely immobilizes the thumb and promotes the recovery process of the injury. Furthermore, the brace is made of unique, innovative fabrics for optimal wearing comfort and is suitable for wearing under gloves. The slightly elastic UniPren fabric regulates temperature and improves healing after injury.
The thumb brace is designed in such a way that only one universal size is available, which fits both the right and left hand. The brace is suitable for a wrist circumference of 11 cm to 23 cm.
