The SKLZ SpeedSac is a variable-weight drag bag that allows you to train for explosive leg power and acceleration without the need for a heavy metal sled. Fill the three individual weight bags with sand for a total of over 13 kg. The 360° hip belt lets you sprint in any direction.
- 3 removable weight bags, each holding up to approx. 4.5 kg of sand (total approx. 13.6 kg)
- 360° belt for forward, lateral, and backward sprints
- Adjustable leash for athletes of any height
- Does not damage grass or gym floors
- Improves starts, sprint speed, and leg power
Build power where it counts: in those first few meters. The SpeedSac fits in your bag and on any field.
