Sizing instructions
The insoles are available in two sizes (women's/men's) and can be easily trimmed to size if necessary. Size 36-43 has a length of 27 cm and size 40-48 is 31.5 cm long. For a very wide women's foot in size 42-43, it is better to choose the men's size 40-48. For a very narrow men's foot in size 40-42, it is better to choose the women's size 36-43.
