The Spenco RX Orthotic Arch Support 3/4 length insole is an orthotic developed by podiatrists to treat fallen arches and plantar fasciitis. The orthopedic arch support is completely rigid and prevents the feet from collapsing. In addition to the rigid arch support, the insole has a top layer of soft, shock-absorbing Spencore material that provides excellent comfort. The 3/4 length design is highly suitable for use in shoes where there is limited toe space for a full-length insole.
Ideal for: plantar fasciitis, overpronation, and fallen arches.
