The Spenco RX Orthotic Arch Support insole is orthopedically designed and is widely recommended by foot specialists across Europe for combating fallen arches. The insole is particularly suitable for daily use in dress/casual shoes, where there is slightly less room compared to sneakers and sports shoes. The rigid orthopedic arch support corrects foot posture and prevents the arches from collapsing. The green top layer provides excellent shock absorption and ensures the insole feels comfortable.
Ideal for: plantar fasciitis, overpronation, fallen arches, and painful arches.
