Difference between the TriggerPoint massage balls
There are three different TriggerPoint massage balls. The MB1 and MB5 massage balls are identical in hardness but differ in size. The MB1 massage ball has a diameter of 6.6 cm and the MB5 massage ball has a diameter of 13 cm.
